  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days’ notice. If cancelled, services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and account access for us to effectively perform the services.

  • You retain responsibility for the accuracy of any content you supply to us.

  • You agree to comply with the terms of the social media platforms on which your content is posted.

Performance and Guarantee

  • We commit to delivering the services outlined in our agreement; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased followers or sales, as these depend on various factors outside of our control.

  • We are not responsible for any downtime or disruption on social media platforms that may affect the performance of your campaigns.

Intellectual Property

  • All content we create for you remains your property. However, we reserve the right to use non-confidential content created for you in our portfolio or as part of case studies, unless otherwise agreed.

  • You warrant that any material or content you provide to us for use does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the agreement private and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a months notice, written notice.

  • We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or if payment is not received within the agreed time frame.

Limitation of Liability

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of business.

  • Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by you for services rendered in the last three months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and continued use of our services after the update will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
